Entity formation and filing fees

Oklahoma corporation fees scale by authorized capital — the $50 minimum applies only to the lowest capitalization tier. LLCs pay a flat $100 formation fee regardless of size. Verify the applicable corporation fee tier at sos.ok.gov before filing.
