Filing fees
New Mexico's filing fees are set by statute (NMSA 1978 § 53-19-63 for limited liability companies and § 53-2-1 for corporations) and are collected through the Enterprise portal at the time of filing. A credit card convenience fee applies in addition to the filing fee shown below.

New Mexico LLCs are not required to file a periodic (annual) report or pay an annual report fee — the fees above are one-time filing fees. Fee amounts are set by NMSA 1978 §§ 53-19-63 (limited liability companies) and 53-2-1 (corporations).
