Entity formation and filing fees
All fees below are from the ACC's official fee schedules, linked from azcc.gov/corporations (confirmed May 2026). Standard (regular) processing times are listed; expedited services are available for additional fees. Online LLC filings are processed at expedited speed, so the online LLC formation fee is the expedited rate. Verify all amounts at azcc.gov/corporations before filing.

Same-day and priority filing services are available for corporations and LLCs at additional cost: next-day service adds $100; same-day (document by 10:00 a.m.) adds $200; 2-hour service (8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) adds $400 per document. All fees are non-refundable under Arizona law.
