Entity formation and filing fees

Georgia's expedited processing fees are tiered by speed: two business days costs an additional $120; same-day processing (document must arrive by noon) adds $275; one-hour service (available 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on business days) adds $1,200. Online certificate of existence orders process immediately without an expedited fee.
