Entity formation and filing fees

New Hampshire charges a flat $100 annual report fee for all entity types — the same amount regardless of whether the entity is an LLC, corporation, or limited partnership. All online filings carry an additional $2 electronic handling surcharge. Nonprofit formations are $25, significantly lower than the $100 for LLCs and corporations.
